Q: What is a Figure Doll? A: A figure doll is anyone who desires to live life with a healthy mindset and adapt that lifestyle to his or her mind, body and spirit. They are unstoppable, unbreakable, and relentless in desire, passion and drive. They believe in themselves.
Q: MK, have you had any surgeries to correct the loose skin?
A: No, I was fortunate that the pace I changed did not leave me with skin that needed correcting.
Q: MK, what about stretch marks how did you minimize those?
A: I used 100% Shea butter on the areas I knew would cause stretch marks.
Q: MK, how do you stay motivated?
A: Well, it's hard but I want to live a long full life and I know my health is very important to do that. It's all about a good balance. This is my lifestyle now and I won't change it because the benefits are priceless.
Q: MK, how do you stay positive?
A: This was not something that changed over night. This I had to work at just as hard as training and changing my nutrition. It was one of the hardest things to do. I removed much of the negativity around me to get to this point. I also surrounded myself with positive people who influenced me and supported what I was trying to accomplish.
