Motivation and Inspiration
Training
motivation is so vital, especially when it comes to working out by yourself or
at home. Aside from the right place to do it or who to do it with, there's
setting up to and sticking to a schedule, what training to do, seeking
professional advice from a physician, diet, etc... all of these are a part of
it. However one of the most motivating things I have in my life are my
Journey Pals. These are key people, dear friends and others I have come

Pal feature is a good friend of
mine is Tommy Mygrant. Tommy has fully supported me with my efforts to create
this site. He is actively speaking on his transformation of mind, body and
spirit! He is giving back and proving anything is possible when you believe.
