Protein Pancakes
Protein Pancakes- ¼ - ½ cup Whole Oatmeal (amount can very based on your carbohydrate needs)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 3 Egg whites (amount can very based on your protein needs)
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened applesauce
- Dashes to taste Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. In a medium size pan spray non-stick cooking spray. Warm the pan slowly and add the mixture. This should cover the whole pan and make one large pancake. Flip when the bottom is golden brown. Serve with sugar free syrup. Variations: You can add frozen blueberries to the mix. For more protein you can add a scoop of protein powder.
